License

This launch-candidate license disclosure is not yet approved for live checkout. Final contracting identity must be confirmed before sales open.

Expiration & Renewal Tracker — Local Edition is created by Jonathan Allen Zehner and offered under the Nomad Designz brand. The purchasing person or organization receives an internal-use license for the purchased edition, not ownership of the software. Nomad does not impose seat, named-user, device or server-count caps. Each local workspace is technically independent; this license does not create synchronization, team accounts or permissions.

Do not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publicly host or provide unrelated third parties access to the software. Product-specific technical limits and legitimate third-party licensing terms continue to apply. White Label permits customer-facing maker removal only for licensed internal use; it does not grant resale, redistribution, public-hosting or source-ownership rights.

Keep your receipt and purchase key private. A purchase key is a bearer credential, not user authentication. An organization name entered during activation is supplied by the buyer and is not verification of organizational authority.

Back up records and checked recovery files before changing devices, clearing browser data, upgrading or recovering a license. A license failure does not authorize deletion of workspace records. Upgrades and any approved credit are support-assisted; automatic prorated upgrade billing is not offered.

Refund

Launch-candidate disclosure; final provider and policy approval are required before sale.

Digital software sales are generally final after delivery or access, except duplicate billing, delivery failure, an uncurable material defect, or circumstances in which a refund is required by applicable law. Give Nomad a reasonable opportunity to correct a material defect or provide a working replacement before requesting a defect-based refund. These terms do not remove rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

Customers are responsible for unsupported or incompatible hardware, software, network or security environments when the published requirements accurately describe the product. Read the requirements and use the fictional demo before purchase. The demo does not establish compatibility of the downloaded local application with your computer.

The actual merchant of record may administer payment, tax, disputes and refunds under its applicable terms. Nomad cannot promise a narrower refund outcome than that provider or mandatory law permits. Payment-provider selection and this disclosure must be reconciled before launch.

Contact contact@nomaddesignz.com with your order reference and a description of the issue. Do not send full payment-card details, bank information, tax identifiers or the purchase key in a public form.

Privacy

Launch-candidate commerce privacy disclosure; the final provider, retention schedule and public website privacy notice require owner approval.

The local tracker stores workspace information in the browser on your computer. The purchase and activation service does not collect your renewal records. Payment details are entered into the selected payment provider, not this website's software-delivery form.

The commerce service uses necessary secure session cookies to link a purchase review to an affirmative acceptance submission. It retains order and license identifiers, selected edition, price, release and package hashes, policy text/version, UTC timestamps, acceptance correlation, verification and download-stream evidence. Security rate limiting uses HMAC-pseudonymized network addresses. These identifiers can remain personal data; they are not claimed to be anonymous. Raw purchase keys, card details and tracker records are not intentionally stored by these commerce routes.

Hosting logs may retain request metadata; keys must never be placed in URLs. Actual hosting logging, backup access and retention/deletion controls must be verified before launch. No analytics, advertising tags or telemetry are added by this module.

Requirements

Desktop browser/OS acceptance is still pending. No browser/OS combination is approved for sale by this candidate. Sales remain closed until actual native downloaded-file, cryptography, persistence and recovery tests establish the supported combinations.

Extract the delivered ZIP completely, read START_HERE.html and open Renewal_Tracker.html in an approved desktop browser. The browser must permit local-file navigation, native cryptography, persistent local storage and file import/export. Private browsing, cleared site data, restrictive organization policies or unsupported storage environments may prevent reliable persistence.

The product is a local workspace, not shared cloud software. It supports up to 1,000 records, 2–12 buckets, 60 history events per record, and one most recent supported undo; browser capacity may be reached earlier. Pro and White Label support up to five brand profiles.

There is no automatic email delivery, alerting while closed, shared synchronization, authenticated team roles, Microsoft 365 integration, original-document storage, or coverage/compliance certification. Reminder drafts are not sent automatically. Keep independent backups and checked recovery files. A copied folder in cloud storage does not create supported company synchronization.

Seller

The software creator is Jonathan Allen Zehner, using the Nomad Designz brand. The exact contracting/licensing identity and approved business notice details remain an owner launch decision. No LLC formation or home address is asserted or published here.

The payment provider is not confirmed as connected or approved. A Lemon Squeezy adapter is prepared, but this is not proof of merchant approval or an operational checkout. If selected and approved, Lemon Squeezy would act as merchant of record for its checkout, while the approved Nomad contracting identity remains the software licensor/creator. Final customer disclosures must match the actual arrangement.

The initial market is U.S. customers only. A prefilled country field or IP location is not sufficient enforcement. Checkout remains closed until a provider-side pre-payment restriction is demonstrated and bypass-tested.

Professional Brand Setup is an optional $149 separate service: one supplied brand package, one workspace and one revision. It requires a software license and includes no software rights. It is not part of Lemon Squeezy software checkout. No other creator's product is included in this checkout.
