Nomad Designz Solution Partners

Build something useful.
Let’s put it to work.

Our own products come first. We also welcome selected solutions from independent creators who share our focus on practical, thoughtful tools.

We’re collecting early interest from U.S.-based creators for an initial U.S.-customer launch. Applying does not enroll you, publish your product, or create a contract. Commercial terms will be agreed in writing before any listing.

A focused opportunity

Complement the collection.
Don’t disappear into it.

Our solution partners are independent creators and developers whose approved digital products may be offered through the Nomad Designz storefront.

Nomad Designz is a product business first, not an open upload marketplace. We’re interested in useful additions that fill an unmet need or offer a genuinely different approach.

01 / Useful

A real problem, solved.

A clear use case, a defined customer, and a solution that does what its description promises.

02 / Different

A reason to be here.

Something meaningfully different from the existing collection, not a renamed or recolored duplicate.

03 / Supported

Ready beyond the demo.

Honest requirements, clear installation steps, and a creator who can support and maintain the product.

A considered collection

Three is a ceiling.
Not a quota.

Each customer use case may include up to three directly comparable product families, including Nomad Designz products. One excellent choice is enough; we do not fill positions just because they are available.

Products are comparable when customers would reasonably choose between them for the same task. Different editions, colors, and routine updates remain one family. We determine the collection fit.

  1. Introduce your solution.

Send the use case, intended customer, differentiation, and a demonstration link. No executable uploads or customer data are needed at this stage.

  2. Check the fit.

We consider category capacity, customer value, and whether the product complements the collection before requesting deeper technical material.

  3. Review the product.

Requested evaluation covers the identified version, advertised workflow, dependencies, documentation, rights to distribute, and support readiness. Revisions may be requested.

  4. Agree the terms.

Before publication, both sides must agree the commercial arrangements, license, support obligations, update handling, and any other required terms in writing.

  5. Prepare for publication.

An accepted listing needs approved files and details, accurate creator attribution, and a tested purchase-and-delivery process. Later releases return for review before replacement.

Before you apply

Show the useful parts.
Disclose the rest.

We’re looking for digital tools, templates, and business solutions with an understandable purpose. Be direct about what is finished, what is experimental, and what the customer will need.

Our review is not a guarantee that a product is defect-free, universally compatible, or secure in every environment. Review claims must remain tied to the version and scope actually examined.

  • Rights and permissionsYou must have the authority to distribute the product and included assets. Do not submit employer, client, government, or third-party material without authorization.
  • Demonstration and documentationA walkthrough and clear setup instructions are more useful than promotional claims.
  • Dependencies and data handlingDisclose required subscriptions, external services, permissions, recurring costs, data collection, and integrations.
  • Support and maintenanceExplain who supports the product and how fixes, changes, and updates will be handled.

Clarity on both sides

Know the relationship.

The following describes the intended operating approach. The signed agreement, rather than this overview, will define the binding obligations.

Nomad Designz

  • Curate the storefront and control publication.
  • Present accurate product and creator information.
  • Handle storefront, order, payment, delivery, and access issues.
  • Provide sales records, monthly statements, and payout history once partner payments are enabled.

The solution creator

  • Retain responsibility for product accuracy and distribution rights.
  • Provide installation documentation and technical support.
  • Maintain and fix the product; disclose dependencies, external services, recurring costs, and data/security practices.
  • Submit product, version, listing, and price changes through the accepted-partner portal once operational; Nomad controls approval and publication.

Approved commercial direction.

Creator share: 80%. Nomad Designz share: 20%. The final Partner Agreement and Product Schedule set out the revenue calculation, processing fees, refund/chargeback adjustments, and other binding terms before any partner sale.

Sales records will itemize collected amounts, processing fees, both shares, refund/chargeback adjustments, and pending or paid payouts. Monthly statements are planned; payouts are due no later than the last business day of the following calendar month once sales are active. No minimum payout threshold is planned at launch; the amount actually due for the period will be paid, subject to the final agreement and lawful holds or adjustments.

Creators set or request their product prices. Nomad must approve and publish price changes. Nomad does not discount partner products or operate a creator-funded promotion program.

Approved launch direction also calls for creators to acknowledge routine product technical-support requests within 5 business days; that is an acknowledgment target, not a promised resolution deadline. Either side may end participation without cause on 30 days written notice, while immediate action remains available for serious risk or material breach. The signed agreement controls these obligations and existing-customer rights.

Payments, partner enrollment, and the authenticated portal are not active. This overview and the initial-interest form do not accept the agreement or create a payment obligation. Final terms and sales-enablement requirements must be completed first.

Questions, answered

Before the first
conversation.

Something not covered here? Contact contact@nomaddesignz.com.

Am I joining an open marketplace?

No. Nomad Designz products lead the store. Independent solutions are considered selectively to complement the collection, not to build an unlimited catalog.

Does applying guarantee acceptance?

No. We may request more information, decline a submission, or waitlist a qualified product because of collection fit or capacity. No publication or response deadline is promised.

How is revenue shared?

The approved split is 80% to the creator and 20% to Nomad Designz. The final agreement and Product Schedule set out the revenue calculation, processing fees, and refund/chargeback adjustments. Payouts are due no later than the last business day of the following calendar month once sales are active, with no minimum payout threshold planned at launch. No sales or payouts are active now.

Who can participate at launch?

Phase 1 is directed to U.S.-based creators and U.S. customers. Broader availability may be considered later; this interest page does not promise expansion.

Do I give up ownership or become exclusive?

The intent is to identify you as the independent creator, not to take ownership through an application. Distribution rights, exclusivity, and any restrictions must be expressly addressed in the later agreement; this page grants no license.

Can I submit a new version after approval?

Yes. Once operational, the authenticated portal will be the submission route for accepted partners. New versions, listing changes, and price changes require Nomad review and publication approval. Product approval is version-specific and separate from publication. Creators cannot directly edit live listings or silently replace approved files. The portal is not available yet.

What support response is expected?

Approved launch direction calls for creators to acknowledge routine technical-support requests within 5 business days. That is not a promised resolution deadline. Nomad handles storefront, order, payment, delivery, and access issues.

What happens if participation ends?

Approved agreement direction allows either side to terminate without cause on 30 days written notice, with immediate action available for serious risk or material breach. The final signed agreement controls delisting, existing-customer rights, updates, refunds, and support continuity before sales begin.

Is the program only for veterans?

No veteran-only requirement is proposed. “Veteran-owned and operated” identifies Nomad Designz. Partner creators must be represented accurately on their own merits.
