This notice describes the enquiry and browser-storage behavior implemented in this website.

Product questions and partner interest
The storefront currently describes a product in development and does not accept payments, preorders, or customer account registrations. Product questions use the project enquiry route.
The partner form asks for contact details, product and customer descriptions, differentiation, readiness, platform requirements, demonstration links, support plans, and an optional proposed price. These are used to assess initial fit and communicate about a possible relationship, not to enroll you, publish a product, or subscribe you to marketing.
In email-draft mode, information stays on this page until you choose to open or save a draft; sending occurs in your mail application. With server submission enabled, the form sends the details to the hosting mail service for delivery to contact@nomaddesignz.com. The application content is not stored in a website database. Copies may remain in your and the studio’s email systems.
The partner endpoint uses a separate short-lived session cookie, keyed rate-limit identifiers, and temporary timestamps for abuse prevention. No raw IP address or application text is written to its rate-limit files. Hosting providers may separately keep access logs. No executable uploads are accepted. Do not send W-9/TIN, banking, or identity documents through this form or ordinary site email. Secure partner onboarding is separate and is not enabled here.
Search, collection filters, and the interactive product concept run in this browser. They are not saved across visits. Saving a brief or application creates a text file only when you choose that action. These forms are not intended for confidential submissions.
Project enquiries
The contact form asks for your name, email address, project direction, and message. Business name, timing, and budget direction are optional. This information is used to respond to the enquiry and discuss potential work.
In email-draft mode, the website prepares a message in your email application; you choose whether to send it. When server sending is enabled, the submitted information is passed to the hosting mail service and the studio’s mailbox. This website does not store a database of enquiry content or send automatic marketing messages.
Browser preferences and files
The site saves only your decorative-motion preference in local browser storage. Contact-form text is not automatically saved in local storage. “Save brief as text” creates a file on your device only when you choose that action.
The enabled server contact form uses a short-lived session cookie for request verification and temporary hashed identifiers for submission rate limiting. These controls are for form operation and abuse prevention, not advertising.
Service providers and external requests
Website files are served by the hosting provider. Headline typography is requested from Google Fonts, so the browser contacts Google’s font service. The hosting, font, and email providers may process technical information such as IP addresses and request details as part of delivering their services.
No third-party advertising, analytics, social-media widgets, or tracking pixels have been added to this build. Adding any of those features later would require this notice to be reviewed.
What not to send
Please do not submit passwords, payment-card details, sensitive personal information, or confidential employer or government data through the enquiry form.
Questions about your enquiry
Contact contact@nomaddesignz.com with a privacy question or a request concerning information you have sent. Enquiry correspondence may remain in the studio’s email system while it is needed for the conversation or resulting project; provider storage and any applicable recordkeeping obligations also need to be considered.
